Loose Leaf or Tea Bags?

Choosing the right tea format (loose leaf or tea bags) is important and can make or break your tea service.  That being said, there isn't one right answer!  It depends on factors like:

• Your style of service (upscale, high volume, etc.)
• How much space you have behind the counter
• Is tea a major focus for your business?
• Is your traffic mostly to-go or do many people stay?

Tea bags are quick and convenient for high-volume operations or those without extra space for infusers or filter bags.  However, if tea is a draw for your cafe, using loose tea can signal your expertise.
