How do I pay for my order?

You are NOT charged when you place your order online.  We process it once it has been picked and freight added to the invoice.  We can keep a card on file for you or you can pay over the phone - watch your inbox for details!

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer discounts for bulk loose-leaf teas:  10% off at 10 pounds and 20% at chest quantities.  A chest is typically 35 pounds but may be less depending on the tea.  Clearance products do NOT qualify for bulk discounts.

Are your organic teas "organic" or Certified Organic?

Our facility is USDA Certified Organic and all teas/ingredients marked "organic" are certified to this standard.  If you require a copy of our certification documents, just ask!

How are your bulk teas packed?

We will pack your order in as few bags/boxes/chests as possible to conserve packaging and get you the best shipping rates.  If you require smaller pack sizes (i.e. 1-pound bags instead of 5-pound bags), you will not receive the bulk discount.
