Frequently asked questions
The minimum order is one unit (i.e. one pound or one case of jars). You may order through our website, by phone, or by email. You are billed when your order ships, NOT at the time you place it.
All new accounts are prepay; we can keep a card number on file or call when your order is ready to collect payment. Your credit card is not charged until the order is packed for shipment.
You can also order our retail jars through Faire using this link and get Net 60 terms!
All prices are FOB Sumner, Washington. Freight charges are additional and will be added to the invoice. If you have a preferred carrier or wish to use your own account, please notify us in the comment section at checkout. Large orders may be palletized and ship with an LTL carrier if that is the most economical option. If so, we will contact you with details.
If you are in the South Puget Sound region we may deliver your order. Depending on schedule, size, and location we may assess a small fee but it will always be cheaper than mailing it!
Due to federal food regulations we cannot legally resell any food product that leaves our warehouse and, therefore, can offer no refunds for returned tea if we ship correctly. If you notice an error on your order, notify us right away! We will either replace or refund the products in question.
We offer loose-leaf samples of every product, just select the "sample" option on each product page. Samples ship free with your order or, if the order contains only samples, we charge for postage. This is typically $4-7 depending on the quantity and destination.
