Chamomile is a staple of every tea lineup but there is a LOT of variation in the appearance and cup.  Our chamomile blossoms brew a brilliant yellow, flowery cup that is pleasantly bright with notes of pineapple.  The aftertaste sticks with you and has a honeylike sweetness.

Even though it is from Croatia, this is also known as "German chamomile".  It is one of a few common species used for herbal teas, the other being Roman or English chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile).
